Welcome to my website. I’m Andres Pinedo (most people call me Andy) and I’m an Assistant Professor of Human and Organizational Development at Vanderbilt University. I study how young people feel about, understand, and act upon inequality and how those thoughts, feelings, and actions are shaped by the contexts they inhabit.
